I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. My professional journey has been diverse. I have worked with clients of all ages (youth, adults and seniors), backgrounds and fitness levels. I have also specialized in training clients with medical and physical conditions. I often collaborate with physical therapists to find the best approach to train clients post-injury and for injury prevention.
I am constantly keeping up-to-date with the research and best practices in the field to ensure that I utilize the most effective techniques and methods for each client.
Overall, my primary focus is to help individuals reach their health and fitness goals while achieving better movement, posture, and less aches and pains. I strive to develop personalized programing for each client that we closely monitor together over time. It’s important to me that my clients feel comfortable and develop a positive relationship with exercise and also enjoy the process.
