I work to create a non-judgmental, compassionate, safe atmosphere for clients of all levels of fitness. Each client presents with a unique history and goals. I construct personalized plans to fit each person which we continuously asses and revise. I incorporate various disciplines into my training including yoga, mindfulness, functional movement as well as the more traditional strength training and cardio. I work with clients to help them develop a positive relationship with exercise including sustainable, long-term health and fitness patterns. I am interested in the benefits of exercise above and beyond weight loss and conditioning including improvements in mental health, mobility and reduction in pain.
I consistently follow the research on exercise and nutrition and stay up to date with best practices in the field.
